This involves a four point program consisting of the following:

1: An extensive meticulous clean of the area using a professional pressure washer to remove build up of weeds, moss, algae and general dirt and grime.

2: We then patch repair any damaged areas in preparation of re-colouring and sealing if required.

3: Treat entire area with a broad spectrum fungicidal and weedkill wash, if required, to eliminate remaining traces of fungal spores and weed seeds etc.

4: Apply a specially formulated sealer to re-colour the surface and secondly provide a protective coating which reduces the possibility of stains and waterproofs the surface.
